Honorary Degree

May 14, 2011

At yesterday’s Commencement ceremony for Indiana University East here in Richmond, I was awarded an honorary degree, Doctor of Humane Letters (L.H.D.) by Indiana University.  I was presented with the degree by I.U. President Michael McRobbie.  I.U. East Chancellor Nassar Paydar had nominated me for the award.  (Yes, that’s the actual degree I’m holding.)  I feel very honored.
