Assessing Learning: Laughing At Testing

Warning, the language here gets a little out of bounds, but it is funny, and it does nicely skewer a popular objection to testing students to find out whether they are learning.

Hey, it’s The Onion at work.

The clip does remind us that often the most important part of teaching is helping your students find motivation.  Without that, they are unlikely to learn.
